This video never ceases to amaze me. I’m not even watching it right now, but as I write this I’m teary just thinking about it. Just watching the Muppets come to term with the loss of their creator is sob-worthy, but watching them stay strong and stay together? That’s beautiful. I can’t imagine how hard this was for the cast and crew, everyone who knew and loved Jim, to film.

Fair warning: watch this with a box of tissues.

One of the best Muppet songs ever. I was fine until the end, when Kermit walked in, then the tears, OH THE TEARS! I miss Jim Henson.

Gonzo singing “Act Naturally”.

One of my favorites. Every time I hear this song, I think of Gonzo <3

When a puppet is true and meaningful, it’s the soul of the puppeteer you’re seeing.

@SteveMartinToGo on the Muppets is one of my all-time favorite episodes. It’s also why I love banjo music so much. And speak into balloons when I blow them up. ;-)

I love this. I love Sesame Street. It’s basically telling children it’s perfectly normal for boys to be affectionate towards one another. I approve of this whole heartedly.

I had a variation of this GIF in the queue. But I like this (and Julie’s comment) better.
